Payment and cancellation - 5-week IAIM Baby Massage course
Full payment of a course is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Once you have booked onto the course and have secured your place we are unable to offer a refund.
We understand that, on occasion, a class may be missed due to unforeseen circumstances. We are under no obligation to refund missed classes. Our costs remain the same regardless of attendance. However, an alternative class can be arranged, subject to availability.
This is Precious Time reserves the right to cancel/suspend a course/class if there is an issue with the venue, class numbers, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation made by This is Precious Time, a full refund will be given or an alternative session will be offered, subject to availability.
Payment and cancellation - Follow-On massage classes
Follow-On massage classes will only be run with a minimum of 3 participants.
Payment is required 48hrs in advance of the class so that class numbers are known.

What are extenuating circumstances?
In the event of adverse weather conditions, e.g. snow blizzards, a decision about class cancellation will be made as soon as possible and you will be contacted by phone or email only if a class is cancelled. A replacement class will be arranged.
In the event that a course of classes is disrupted due to reasons beyond my control, for example, a pandemic, you will be offered the opportunity to complete the course online or to postpone to a later date and complete the course face to face.
Your obligations
Parents must supervise and be responsible for the welfare of their babies at all times whilst attending classes.
Parents are responsible for gaining GP or Consultants advice and clearance for baby massage if their child has any illness, injury, disability or special need prior to or during the course.
It is the responsibility of the parent/caregiver to inform the instructor of any changes including medical conditions prior to commencing any class.
Please do not attend a baby class if you or a member of your household show signs or symptoms of Coronavirus. Remain at home and follow medical advice. Please advise your Instructor as soon as possible.

This is Precious Time will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury that may occur in or outside the venue.
Your instructor, Natalie, is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor, accredited by the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM).
Your instructor, Natalie, is a Certified Story Massage Practitioner, accredited by the Story Massage Programme.
Your instructor, Natalie, is covered by Malpractice, Professional Liability, and Public Liability insurance through Holistic Insurance Services. Holistic Insurance Services is a trading name of GINS Ltd and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Your privacy
All discussion content shared between attending parents should be kept confidential.
Photographs will only be taken with the consent of parents, made known to Natalie through the booking form.

This is Precious Time respects your right to privacy and will protect the information which you have provided in your booking form to attend a course or class. We will not share your information with third parties, and will protect your data from misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure and alteration to the best of its ability.
